Insurance and Financing Options for Dental Work

Are you worried about how you’ll pay for the costs associated with obtaining your healthy, dream smile?

Are you curious about your options to pay for dentistry services and procedures?

Many of our patients ask us the same (or similar) questions quite often. We are here to talk a little bit about our dental financing and payment options.

Let’s jump right in…

Payment options for dental work

At Sales Family Dental we are sensitive to the fact that not everyone can pay for their services all at once. We accept various options to meet your needs. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Therefore, we accept the following payment options:

  • Most major PPO insurances
  • Humana HMO
  • Medicaid/CHIP
  • Cash
  • Personal check
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards
  • CareCredit® (NO interest payment plans, with approval)
  • Pre-payment on your account
  • Pay-as-you-go options (payment in full at the start of each phase of treatment)

We offer a 5% courtesy discount to patients who pay for their treatment plan in full at the time of presentation.

Our dental team is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful smiles for each of our patients. We try our best to offer flexible payment options so that patients can achieve their smile goals.

In addition to the previously mentioned payment options, we also accept third-party dental financing.

Dental insurance claims

For patients who have dental insurance, we will gladly file your claim and accept the assignment of benefits as a courtesy to you. However, we are not responsible for your benefits and/or copayments. It is your responsibility to provide us with your current insurance cards and benefit information so we can assist you in accurately calculating your estimates.

After 90 days, the balance in full is due by you. If the balance is not paid, the account balance will be turned over to a third-party collection agency, and all legal and collection charges will become your responsibility.

If you have any questions about dental financing or our financial policy at Sales Family Dental, please call our office. Our friendly team members are more than happy to answer your questions.

It’s time for you to finally get your dream smile without having to worry about any financial burden. It is all within your reach when you choose Sales Family Dental.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you to achieve your smile goals.
